1. Acceptance of Terms

• Accessing our website, booking channels, or vehicles signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Additional written agreements (e.g., corporate contracts) take precedence where they differ.
• We may update terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. Website Use

• All information provided must be accurate and current. Misuse of the site for fraudulent bookings is prohibited.
• Content, pricing, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to block access for abusive behaviour, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

3. Rental Agreement

• A separate rental contract is signed or acknowledged digitally at each vehicle handover.
• The contract outlines vehicle condition, mileage allocation, insurance excess, and deposit amount.
• Failure to comply with contractual obligations can result in additional charges or contract termination.

4. Payments & Charges

• Rates include standard insurance, basic mileage, and VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Customer is responsible for fines, Salik tolls, fuel top-ups, and damages beyond normal wear.
• Invoices are payable immediately unless written credit terms exist.

5. Limitation of Liability

• BestCheapCarental is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from rentals.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental period in dispute.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

6. Indemnification

• Customers agree to indemnify and hold BestCheapCarental harmless against claims arising from misuse of vehicles or breach of these terms.
• This includes legal fees, third-party claims, and regulatory penalties stemming from the customer’s actions.

7. Force Majeure

• Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
• In such cases we will notify customers promptly and work to resume service or arrange refunds if necessary.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai unless otherwise agreed.
• We encourage amicable resolution through our customer support team before escalating matters.
