Rental Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Reservations are confirmed once required documents are received and the initial payment or deposit is secured.
• We honour quoted rates for 24 hours. After this window, availability and pricing may change.
• Minimum rental period is 24 hours. Shorter hire requests are handled under our chauffeur services.

2. Driver Eligibility

• Drivers must be at least 23 years old with a valid UAE licence held for 1 year or more.
• Tourists require an International Driving Permit alongside their home-country licence.
• Only authorised drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle.

3. Payments & Deposits

• Payment options include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
• Refundable security deposits start from AED 1,000 depending on vehicle category.
• Deposits paid by card are released within 21 working days once fines and salik are reconciled.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Complimentary delivery and pickup are available in all seven Emirates.
• Customers must present original ID documents at handover for verification.
• Return times should match the booking schedule; late returns beyond 60 minutes may incur an extra day charge.

5. Vehicle Use & Maintenance

• Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-roading, towing, or ride-hailing services without consent.
• Routine maintenance is included. Notify our support team immediately for warning lights or performance concerns.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited and subject to detailing charges.

6. Accidents & Insurance

• All rentals include comprehensive insurance with standard excess. Optional zero-excess cover is available.
• In case of accident, obtain a police report and contact our hotline before moving the vehicle.
• Unreported damages or unauthorised repairs void insurance coverage and incur full liability.

7. Cancellation & Amendments

• Free cancellations up to 24 hours before delivery. Within 24 hours, a one-day rental fee applies.
• Date changes are subject to availability; rate differences may apply for peak periods.
• Long-term leases (30+ days) require 7 days’ notice for early termination.

8. Traffic Violations & Salik

• Salik tolls and traffic fines incurred during the rental will be charged back with supporting documentation.
• Administrative fee of AED 25 applies per fine to cover processing.
